Aikido passionate, with more than 26 years of Aikido training and teaching
I believe in the educational values of Aikido as a mean of developing a flexible and strong body, together with a fast, adaptive and resilient mind. Constant practice, continuous learning and personal development are my traits, together with the study of the psychology of a good body-mind balance (bio-energetic), and trusting in the benefits of the Aikido foundations (including mindful breathing) for development of the energy and harmony of the person and the evolution into a better individual.
